It is a warm and friendly establishment featuring a restaurant, pub, antique store, gift shop, and art studio, with occasional shows and even alpacas. Visitors are often astonished by everything and find it a captivating stop. The food is great and delicious, with raves about the classic grilled cheese and maple bacon grilled cheese, as well as tomato soup. The Bored Whale Latte is delicious, and the baked goods, especially the chocolate chip cookies, are to die for. The team and staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and absolutely lovely. While some are surprised at the pricing in the antique shop, finding it a little high, the antiques are quite captivating for those who enjoy treasures of the past. The little boutique is also eye-catching, with a variety of items like soap, pottery, jewelry, and furry friend items, many seeming local and handmade. What often starts as a simple coffee break can easily turn into a much longer visit. It is a stop you should 100% make if passing by the area.
