Horrible service. I got picked up by a driver who said he was the owner. William. He was clearly under the influence. He smelled like a bottle of rum. His eyes were red and glossy. He missed my house and and charged me 16 dollars I gave him a 20 and he gave me no change. It wasn’t a tip. This guy clearly needs to find another job because his company is horrible. At best

Horrendous service, over an hour wait most of the time and almost got into an accident riding with them more than once.

The taxi driver skipped stop signs passed cars on the right hand side of the road and Almost rear ended a car.

Extremely rude dispatcher. Was waiting in the parking lot itself sitting on a cement barrier at TimHortons. Waited over 1hr before calling back, to be told the driver arrived, nobody was around so they left. Dispatcher told me they’d get another driver out “even though they already went and nobody was around” About 20mins go by after this - Seen a central taxi cab pass-by waved them down. Called Campbellton Taxi to cancel the ride. Dispatcher was really pissed off saying that the cab had just arrived. We were still in the parking lot, with no other cab in sight.

No answer called three different times throughout day.
Typically very slow
Rarely informs customers when they are low on drivers or real busy. So it’s normal for them to make you wait a good 30-40minutes

I live in a block in town and having a taxi pick up customers at 6;30 or 7 in the am., under our bedroom windows blowing their horn is not acceptable . your clients are in back upstairs on 3rd and 4t floor they don't hear a horn but we sure do. When they call they should be told to come down and wait outside if they want a taxi not make your taxi wait when blowing the horn will not help.. IT SUCKS FOR US though
