I had a huge issue with associate 29141. I bought my purse on September 6th, but I didn’t receive the 15% welcome discount on my first purchase. I read on Aldo's page that you get 15% off your first purchase, but the associate didn’t apply this discount and didn’t inform me about it. She took my Gmail address, and I received my receipt by email, which shows the full payment without any discount.

Popped in to look at white casual shoes and I was greeted by Angelique who gave me first class service, as I tried 3 different shoes before deciding on 1, which she helped me settle on. Her demeanor wasn't fake unlike what we too often see. She was friendly, confident, attentive and present, without being overwhelming.
She should be hired to train new employees in the retail industry.....that's how impressive she was!
