I don't usually shop at AE. However, I visited the store, and Rafa immediately greeted me and helped me with the product I was trying to find. Thank you, Rafa, for your excellent service. I bought a couple of things and will probably buy something else again in the future. Great service.

Worst customer service ever!! Staff is non-friendly and rude. They did know how to talk to a customer. The girl at the fitting rooms was so rude!!!!

Prices are way to high and way better to order of line. Terrible when you get gift cards. I got a $20.00 for a cousin and when she went to use it, it was only valued at $2.67 so it was embarrassing yo her & me too. So never use this American Eagle again. ?
