Some of your employees are really and truly bad at customer service.
Stupid, godless and racist.
This experience greatly displeased and disappointed me.
I strongly advise against this rental for people who want to be treated with respect, because this is certainly and obviously not the strong point of some of them.
Honestly I'm disgusted because this experience was so horrible.
