Signed up for a phone plan through an employer and there was a surprise activation fee on the first bill that was not disclosed. A $45 monthly plan became a $120 bill. Fees were refused to be waived, avoid this company.

Lesser coverage, even in the middle of Moncton or Halifax.Questionable billing practices (hard to follow the charges and never able to get the price of the monthly plan I chose)Good service, quite responsive, but very disappointing mobile experience.

The sales guy wasn't as helpful as I needed and none of the phones I was interested in we're in stock. I ended up purchasing at the bell store in Riverview the same day.
