“We went so they could order the parts needed to fix a small incident with a deer. We were very lucky and almost stopped when we hit him. He got back up and ran away. They were very professional, will order the parts needed, and will call when we have to bring our vehicle in.They will also take care of the paperwork with the insurance company. Can't wait to see the results.”

AND I needed the car for a road trip three weeks later. Other body shops were giving us a 1.5 week wait just to evaluate the damage, never mind the actual repair. CarStar saw us the next day, gave me an appointment to take it in a week later, they told me the repair would take four days (which was fine) and they called me to pick it up TWO days later!!! Amazing! The repair is top notch and the nice gentleman at the front was super friendly and helpful (first time I had to get my car repaired). Very, very happy with my experience.”
