I went to buy Christmas gifts and it was easy to choose from this location. Ladies and gentlemen clothes available for a reasonable price. Some unique collections too
Staff was so friendly and helpful with discounts and offers.
Easy parking on mall premises and you don't have to walk long to find this place.

I am very upset with this store. Today I bought a pair of jeans and was told by the cashier I could return them within 14 days. I was kind of on the fence about buying them but once I was informed about the return policy I decided to buy them. An hour later I hadn't even left the mall, I decided to return them. When I went back to the store I was told I couldn't get my money back, and it would be a instore credit only. I explained to the cashier that that was not what I was told when I bought them a hour ago, and she said there was nothing she could do. I'm really upset about this level of bad service.Employees should be trained to inform customers the actual return policy, and the store should own their mistakes instead of after the sale is done and ripping me off, throwing their hands in the air saying there's nothing they can do. I'm not one to cause a fuss at a innocent employee, but now because of someone else misinforming me I'm out money and that seems exstemely unfair.I'd honestly like to talk to a Manger about this. I'm really unhappy with this service. I hadn't worn the jeans, no tags were touched and I had a receipt. But at least bluenotes can make double the profit on the pants. So unfair.Customer service is not a priority at bluenotes moncton, and I would not recommend after this experience

Customer service has seriously gone downhill. I used to love shopping here but the last few times you literally have to chase down employees to try on clothes. This time i went to ask for help and girls were talking and folding clothes and said they’d “be right there”. Waited another 5 minutes before leaving to shop elsewhere. Super disappointing.

I didn't really appreciate that you put lists of new prices/regular prices % on the new merchandise. It's a bit of false advertising. Everywhere I saw % withdrawn posters it was hung at the end of a display of new merchandise so not special.
The staff is nice. The % received by email never worked on my phone or that of my children, therefore a waste of time at the counter.
There are no more "long" jeans in this store and I am not interested in shopping online. Store is very clean!
