I would have given 1/2 star if I could, I took my engagement ring in for the inspection. The sales representative said everything is fine, I found the claw was catching so I had it checked by another jewelry store and was advised the claw is bent and to get it repaired ASAP. Needless to say I am not impressed. I will be taking it back to charm for answers.
