Had a sore throat today so My wonderful boyfriend went to get me a slushy at this particular Circle K We were only about a 3 minute dwife away and by the time he got home there was barely any/left mostly liquid in this large slushy are I was very disappointed so I called the door and told them what had happened ( I do get these slushies on a regular basis). I told the Gentlemen vet I did not want a refund or my money back I just would like to have a new slushy that would be more frozen would it be okay if he came back with the cup and melted slushy to get me a new one? He flat-out said No. I then asked him is there any reason why I could not get a new slushy his response was because I said so so I then asked to speak to the manager and he told me that the manager was not if there was nobody by him that I could speak to and he was not giving me a new slushy. I found this to be very unprofessional I was not asking something above and beyond protocol so to speak I thought that my request was Reasonable and not out of the ordinary so I was shocked to have an employee Not want to resolve an issue over a $3 drink......

Prime drink says $4 in the fridge, then at cash its $4.50 and did not want to adjust price to $4 for the customer. Also a can of prime is $5 and has 150 ML LESS than the bottles. Horrible pricing issues.

Used the washroom here. Locked the door AND tested to see if it would open and it didnt open from my end. But another customer accidentally walked in and the door was unlocked somehow. There was two locks on the door and I didnt realize that when I went in. Maybe I locked the wrong one? But there shouldn't be a wrong one in the first place... This is potentially unsafe and should be checked.

this is a really great convenience store the prices are fair for the hours in the hardware that these people put in the staff there very friendly the facilities very clean the bathrooms a very tidy they have just about everything that you need and more I can't complain about this convenience store location at all I've always had nothing but a good experience here and I really look forward to shopping here in the future thank you guys keep up the good work

Been living around here a long time. Put gas in a lot of cars and this is the WORSE gas location in the Greater Moncton/Dieppe area. Horrible customer service.
