My biggest complaint that holds back the 5 Star is that I didn't know my exact shoe size, so asked for help from one of the workers to see if we could use the Brannock Device. Was told they didn't have one and had never heard of one. How does a shoe store not have or know what a Brannock device is? That's a bit silly to me. I was forced to do the old method of putting the shoes on and doing all kinds of stress test with em.
Hopefully these shoes are worth the price.”

“One of my favorite places to shop. They carry great quality, affordable clothing. I always find great stuff for myself and my kids. My daughter (8) is very much into fashion and always has a wonderful time picking out items in store and online. It's also not hard for my teenage son to find things he likes there as well which is great because he doesn't normally like to shop. Oh and The customer service is always great too ?”
“From the moment I walked in to look for work shirts, I was greeted with outstanding service. Francine assisted me right away and made the entire experience smooth and efficient. She walked me through the different fits — slim, regular, and tailored — and helped me try on a few options until I figured out what worked best for me. Without her help, I honestly would’ve been walking around the store aimlessly.
At checkout, Judith was also incredibly warm and helpful. She handled everything with a smile and kept the positive energy going right through to the end of the visit.
Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Helpful staff, clean and well-organized store, and quality products. I’ll definitely be back.”
“It was a great experience and probably my favorite outdoor clothing location simply because of the customer care. I bought a lightweight winter jacket for my winter hikes and camping in 2020. And had a minor issue with the zipper. Went to the store last week and Manager Tanya was extremely helpful to make it right with the super worthy Eddie Bauer warranty.
Highly recommended and worthy price tags. You will be surprised by the collection they have. Friendly and helpful staff.

“I took my friend into Dynamite after she was disrespected and body shamed by associates at another clothing store, and I am beyond thrilled to say that the experience we were given at Dynamite put a huge smile back on both of our faces. At Dynamite we were both treated with respect despite the different size of our bodies. Both of us were warmly greeted by more than one employee, offered assistance and fitting rooms, and when my friend was in her fitting room, an employee very kindly brought some more items over that she thought we might like. All in all it was the complete opposite of the bad experience we'd had with another company, and we are very thankful to the ladies at Dynamite for perking up our day. We'll be sure to share the experience and point our friends your way! Special thanks to Gabrièle for her help in the fitting rooms. ❤”

“Don’t even mind giving 10 star rating. I went to the store during the peak hours for my daughter to buy a prom dress on a busy Saturday. Everyone seemed nice and friendly. But, a girl in the fitting rooms named I am not sure if it is right but as far as I remember it was “bavka”. She helped us for more than two hours to figure out the best dress for my daughter and I can’t thank her enough for her opinions and help while managing everything else in the busy fitting rooms. Really recommend going there and they have really nice collection for prom and wedding.”

“Left there in 2021 with 3 pairs of boots for 3 ppl ranging from costume to long term. Very pleased. They went above and beyond to find sizes, stopped us from buying an expensive pair of Boulets that the toe was dented/mis-shapened and swiftly brought another same size. Let me wander all over that place with zero supervision. They have all the cowboy gear you cud dream of plus snowmobile apparel and more. I was in awe of the selection. Who knew there was even a store in there? Love it! Def wud buy again. My daughter loved the old school hospitality.”
