I was at the store to buy boots on November 10th and the staff constantly hovered over me. It was not in a helpful way, it felt more like they were making sure I didn’t steal anything.
I left feeling very uncomfortable and hope this issue is addressed by the right person.

Akila helped me today. She was excellent at finding me the right pair of sandals! I can be kind of hard to fit but she found me the perfect pair! Very comfortable

i spent $119 on the shoes when i buy it that day the guy who’s working in the store told me that if you are not comfortable than you can return it..and the next day when m going to return it than they say they are not able to do like that.i just ask i want to talk with manger she’s come and the first word she say we don’t return it..It doesn’t make any sense she have to talk with us properly.if we not wear the shoes than how can we know that are comfortable or not….and why they guys told that you are able to return or refund it’s totally lies and unfair.i don’t know why manger had to much attitude……overall my experience 0.either she have to gave the options like switch to another shoes or i don’t want 100/ money refund…what she have to talk with us normally.if someones from the management are able to talk with us its very helpful.and you should train your employees properly they ask something and do something

Rude customer service, lier staff those are not giving proper information about their policy, we are not comfortable with their stuff & want refund after 2nd day of purchasing the item & they are not refunding it also keep that item without paying back to us. Don’t want to visit their again.

Went in today to get shoes for work and every employee was on their phones watching tv. And it was loud. I didn't want to hear your shows, Karen. No "hello's", nothing. They wanted to watch tv. Globo fail at Champlain place
