“Lots of room, and equipment to use, lots of space. Clean facilities.
Usually, I have no trouble finishing my sets, unless it gets busy. And both the staff, and other gym members are quite friendly.
I forgot my water bottle here twice, as well as more expensive items, and the staff has always retrieved them.
These are some of the better qualities, some Goodlife's don't have!”

“We dropped in yesterday. Apple Maps brought us to the old location so we ended up arriving a little late (instead of early). The Google location is correct FYI.We received a warm welcome from the coach at the 545 class. She helped orient, guide, and encourage throughout the class. She even invited us to stay to use the open gym after class was over. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend if you are visiting from out of town!”
