“I had a very excellent experience with Charm Diamond Center , as I was gifted my fiancé grandmother ring , I had to get it sized. I called a few times with no results, called on Dec 29 and the woman on the other side bf of the line happened to be Donna she heard the stress in my voice that my ring wasn’t ready , she advised her store manager and went above and beyond and was called back within an hour and the manager went and got my ring thanks to Donna!! Will definetely be back !!!! Great and friendly customer service !!! Thanks again Donna !!”
