I arrive there to a man who clearly was upset because he was waiting so long, already not looking good for the store lol. As he leaves I ask to finance A pair of AirPod Pro Maxs. The worker was very nice and respectful, However I was not told at all that there was interest on what I was buying so I was a bit surprised when I saw it on the IPad and was confused cause I was not told at all. As the worker started the process of getting everything ready the iPad they use for customers to put their info in was completely dead. I waited an additional 10 mins just for the iPad to charge. The store is definitely in need of a new system for speeding up purchases, and also making sure all customers are being tended to in a timely manner.

There should be a separate cash for quick purchases. Shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes to buy an adapter

I was a bit hesitant about visiting this store after reading the reviews. However, I bit the bullet and went; I had a very pleasant experience and bought a new phone.
What I will say is that consideration needs to be given to the length of time that it would take to buy these types of products, as customers will have questions and different considerations in choosing their final option.
I estimated about 20 minutes minimum; therefore if you visit the store and all the associates are engaged, and there is a cue, the wait time could be a bit.
When I went there were 3 customers and 3 associates, I waited about 15 minutes and once it was my turn, I found that the associate who dealt with me (a guy - wish I got his name) was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
I would therefore recommend.

Very pathetic and slow service
I had problem with my AirPod so gave them for diagnosis and she said it's gonna be 3 to 4 business days which is really unacceptable when you have appointments set up for that because last time I went to Halifax and she was able to diagnose in just few minutes she asked me to leave AirPods for couple of days and then they could see what's happening wrong ?
We had some problem with another phone our phone was not getting charged, something was stuck inside charging slot we just bought that couple of months ago and we had apple care also on top of that still we paid 44 bucks to just get that cleaned
Would never go there again, hope we had Apple Store here

I can’t thank Cheyanne enough for helping me. I’m a traveller from British Columbia and broke my phone. She went above and beyond helping me with my new phone and syncing my I watch to the phone. She was fantastic. Thank you again

Made an appointment online to have a battery replaced in an IPhone. Showed up and waited for someone to speak to me??
Told me it would be a few hours to replace a battery?? Maybe if they answered the phone i would not have wasted my time going there!!
Another place with kids with no work ethic or manners! Very rude and no customer service!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Went in today regarding a problem about my phone’s charging port. Was told there was debris inside the port and they charge FORTY DOLLARS for cleaning it with a tweezer.

Awesome service. Brought my phone for apple care warranty work. Booked an appointment,when I got there they had a loaner phone ready and within 5 days my phone was ready ,just like new.

You should do a bit more training on your staff, I came to purchase an iPhone, the employee told me, I have two weeks to bring it back, ( went to buy it because I lost mine, and lucky I am, someone found my phone and give it me back ) so after 1 week, wanted to bring back the phone, and the person told me they can’t take it back because it was open, I got it no problem, I don’t blame the seller who told me that, but it would be nice if the person who sold me the phone told me that before…

Bring very low expectations and they will still manage to disappoint you! Technicians are oblivious to the fact that they are there to serve customers in a timely manner. Wait times are terrible and the whole set up is a joke!To the owner who replied to my review: Yes I spent about 20 minutes with the technician, but that is not the whole picture. When I arrived for a 12:40 appointment I wasn't seen until 1:00. The desk was unattended and other store employees seemed uninterested in notifying anyone. After being told they needed an hour to set up a replacement phone I left and then had to come back and wait an additional 30 minutes in line just to see the technician. The phone they gave me was terrible and smelled of marijuana. My total time to get a replacement phone was 2 hours and 45 minutes. I wasn't the only one frustrated by how slow the line was because two people behind me simply gave up and left. When I asked why it was so slow the sales associate said, "we had a bunch of people not show up today". Sounds like a great place to work. I was in the store today to upgrade my iPad 9th generation to the 10th generation. Cheyanne helped me with enthusiasm, patience and kindness. She also helped me set up my new iPad. As the iPad was downloading she served other customers with the same patience and enthusiasm! She kept checking on me as well. As a person that retired from customer service, I appreciate her so much! Thank you thank you for being you! Keep up the good work!Carole?
