tried to do my switch to Koodo online but didn´t work (something with the microsoft/crowdstrike outage), got the wrong SIM card...went to the store, Luke jumped in and in 30 minutes everything was settled, new SIM card, account created, number transferred and the same price like the online offer. Great job, thank you!

I was in there today and the person I talked to was kinda rude with there tone but also seemed more in a rush to push us away setting up a new phone
