I normally love shopping at Ricki’s but my last visit was not up to par.
The store was not overly busy, perhaps 5-6 other people in store.
There was only one person working the cash and I waited about 10 minutes behind one other person to complete a return of some clothes I purchased online. After finally completing my return, I started shopping and was not offered assistance at all despite there being two sales associates roaming the floor. Once I had found some clothes that I was interested in, I went to the changing rooms and waited another 10 minutes for an associate to give me a room but no one ever came. I decided to pick my own room and try on the clothes. Again, absolutely no assistance was ever offered even though by the time I came out of the room to grab another size, there was an associate hanging up clothes who watched me come out and go to the racks to search for sizes.
Felt absolutely invisible to the staff until it was time to pay.

I came into Ricki’s today looking for a shirt. Jennifer greeted me with a smile and was so helpful and made me laugh. My friend and I were there for awhile and she helped me find some wonderful things. I left feeling confident and bought things in colours I never would have even tried and love them all. Thank you jennifer can’t wait to come in and see you again.

The product itself was good but the experience shopping wasn’t the best. The store was extremely warm, to the point that it was uncomfortable to shop in. The sales staff also didn’t interact with us at all until we checked out, instead the employees were on their phones and chatting between themselves.
