I purchased a pant for my husband and it was not the right fit .
I returned it back and they couldn’t return it and provide me with a gift certificate saying that I exceeded 30 days . The store manager or rep was so rude and very awkward . I actually asked him to keep the pant and I left the store . I ll never go back . Keep in mind that if you purchase something and for some human reason you exceeded 30 days they will never do any exceptions. It s like they are forcing you to buy staff that doesn’t work for you .

I was very pleased with this location. I was trying on new clothes in the change rooms, the blonde lady (I didn’t catch her name) who was working there was very helpful last Monday. She grabbed me different sizes in clothing that wasn’t fitting and helped me find the perfect outfit for my job interview. Would recommend and will be back!

Had a great experience at the CF Champlain location, was looking for a suit for a funeral and RW & Co. hooked me up. Had first went to H&M for a simple blazer and couldn't use their changing rooms or even try it on due to their COVID policies. We decided to check RW & Co. and picked up a suit jacket and pants on sale with a shirt, socks, and tie for $170 that was worth MUCH MORE than what I had paid for it. Arielle (I think thats her name) was a huge help and very professional. I will be returning!

Mensware & Womensware so its a great store for couples. Very slim fit cuts so expect to go up a size from what you're used to. Awesome sales on end of season items so scope those deals!!

I had a really positive experience here. The woman who was helping us in the change rooms took Covid-19 very seriously and made sure that everything was clean and that customers were following the rules, all while providing my mother and I with excellent and genuine customer service. Also, the quality of the clothing is always excellent - I love RW&CO!
