I love appreciating people and mostly ignore if there is something negative and this is probably my first negative review for someone but this is much needed. No wonder this branch has such bad reviews and the lowest rating. The worst Scotia bank branch I ever visited! Dihia and Misty are absolutely incompetent and rudest people - they lack even basic human empathy, let alone customer service. Stay away from this branch if you don't want your day to be ruined. I wonder how such employees and behaviour is allowed in a bank. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND HORRENDOUS!!!

Customer for 35 years. Prob 3 million dollars moved through there including a small business for over 25 years. Wouldn't approve me for a loan because I was self employed. Went to another bank, no problem. Approved in 5 minutes. I am pulling EVERYTHING from scotiabank as loyalty and customer service mean nothing.

If there would be an option to give 0 stars I would definitely give that. Worst experience I ever have with any customer service. Unprofessional people. I have a loan going with them and my loan was not showing up on my online banking. After reaching out to them, I came to know that they accidentally made another profile under the same name. It took me a couple hours over this branch to get this sorted out and they told me its gonna take a week to fix it. After a month, I went there again as the issue was not fixed. I have to explain them the whole situation again and again they told me that its gonna be fixed in a week or so. Now after a month again, the issue has not been solved and I dont know whats going on. Its very frustrating and I really don't know what to say to these people. Very disapppointed.

Went this morning for a wire transfer need which would’ve taken 7 days but the teller gave me better solution n helped me make it happen in a day, she was very polite!

This branch of the Scotia is irresponsible with their stakeholder, does not share the risk when their customer has problem with the scam. The manager of the banks is dealing with vulnerable customer with careless, just protect themselves and ignore their customer's concern.

The worst bank I ever dealt with. So unorganized and don’t have a clue what they are doing. I will never deal with them and recommend everyone to not deal with them and if you have dealing with them now, to withdraw everything and get away now. ??
