Received a sweater for Christmas. Attempted to return it for store credit today as the person who bought it for me was told it could be returned until January. Bottom of the receipt says holiday purchases can be exchanged until January 9. Salesperson refused because it’s been more than 14 days.

This rating is because of Ktisel....She assisted me so well..she helped me in selecting some formal clothes ...She suggested really good pieces...and my husband was very happy and thankful as he spent all the time just sitting there and didn't have to move much as Ktisel was helping me.? I bought on Saturday August 11th 2018 a pair of white pants on sale and a pair of mustard pants which was new stock. The sales girl told me I had 30 days to return these items. I said you must mean 30 days on the newly arrival pants right. That's right she said.
I decided to return thr mustard pants today Monday August 13th. The sales girl told me I could only get a credit
I was furious because I wouldn't have purchased these parts if she had told me this.
