Great service as always! Kyle was attentive and dealt with the overwhelming amount of questions I was throwing at him.
There was some confusion when it came to what I was being told in-store, vs. the Telus call centre, but ultimately was able to pop in a second time and get everything figured out with Kyle again.

I went to the CF Champlain mall to get some help with my Apple Watch. I was helped by Nick R. and honestly it was the most friction-free experience I ever had when dealing with Telus.
I hope Telus does whatever they can to keep Nick as one of their employees.

I must say, i walked in to cancel my telus services and this gentlemen named Corey was able to turn me around and offer me above and beyond service. Not only did he do his job properly, he was able to accommodate my busy lifestyle and help me hook up new services (which works great btw) with ease. Just want to thank Corey and to hopefully let the company know how great an asset he truly is.

My Mom recently decided to switch from a landline with Bell to a cellphone with Telus. She is not overly tech savy and a bit resistant. We stopped in to talk with the reps a few times to ask questions - Nick, Dominic, Kyle are all amazing, helpful and patient! When she finally got her flip phone Dominic got her account set, made the request to port her number from Bell. All went very well. Nick helped us with some set up issues. When the first bill came there were incorrect charges which Kyle made a call to have removed and update the bill. All in all a great team! My husband and I have been with Telus for over 10 years and can say the company has some of the best customer service in the industry! Highly recommend this location - 477 Paul St CF Champlain Mall -

I stopped in to see Dominik LeBlanc as I had some inquiries about phone plans, internet and the stream service packages. He was very kind and answered all of my questions. Even sent me a follow up email in case I have questions or needed to reach out in the future. Very good customer service I exclusively go into his specific store. Keep it going, you doing great work!

Corey helped me a minute I walked in the store. He was so kind and easy to talk to. I had to set up my new phone and I was very anxious about it. He was patient and he joked with me during the time we interacted it took over an hour, and he didn’t make me feel rushed or stressed in the least!! His customer service was beyond what was expected and I am truly grateful for him helping me??

Well we got helped by 3 employees. The first one was Corey. He helped us move everything from eastlink to Telus. Super nice, listened to all our concerns. He helps us get the best discounts possible. My partner and I got two new Samsung Galaxy phones and a nice rate plan. Then, the guy in the back of the store (Nick) was having conversations with us while we waited and helped Corey to transfer our files into the new phones. After that, we got helped by Dominik to place our screen saver and cases on our new phones. He was very nice and super efficient at placing the screen protector. I was hesitant at making the move, but I was SUPER surprised and so happy with the service and care we got visiting that Telus Store!

Went to the Telus store at the Champlain Mall in Dieppe, NB for a new cell phone plan. Was served by Corey who was polite, professional and patient as he transferred us from our previous provider to Telus. It was nice to receive in person service!

Dominik was there to the fullest to handle my every detail and need. Going above and beyond a limit of pay rate he absolutely Achieved more than enough. Even when I was ready to give up on a certain ordeal that Occurred. he pushed forward all the while handling other customers. A true Representative of the company certainly deserves the upmost respect!
