To the tall young-man that "assisted" me today, I don't think that gas-lighting your customer into buying a pair of pants is the best customer service tactic. The pants that I tried on, were not of the best style or quality, so to say that I "just don't like dress-pants" wouldn't be the best choice of words. Thankfully, I found the perfect pair of dress pants later that day.

Very poor service. Was in the store for about 20 minutes. Not one person came to help. Was looking for a suit for my husband as a wedding guest. I eventually asked one of the staff (I believe it was the owner) for some help. He was very rude. I left everything there and went to another store instead. Save your time and go somewheres else.

Run by some old guys that don't understand newer trends. Getting told my choices aren't going to look good is not something I need coming out of your mouth. Also the rude and dismissive attitudes of some of these guys while I'm paying is pathetic. Think it's time for some customer service training

Cant reccomend tip top taylors enough, and especially Jeff who gave me and my wife the full treatment. I bought my suit and my brothers suit from him. He was very knowledgeable and measured both of us and let us try on lots of different suits. Jeff even chased down a shoplifter while we were there. He knows his suits and even did minor alterations to the suit in store. Ask for Jeff and I guarantee you will have an unforgettable experience!

I need to share my recent experience/service at Tip Top with Robert Fournier... he ticked all the right boxes! His service, professionalism, kindness, and of course, charm, made my purchase a confident one...I knew I was dealing with a man who knows his stuff! Being the head of sales for a foodservice company, everywhere I go, I see a sad lack of the service I received from Robert, which nowadays seems to be a lost art. Kudos to you Robert, and to the team at Tip Top.

Myself and my boyfriend entered this store hoping to find some business attire for a new positions within his company. When we entered we were swiftly ignored, no greeting till my boyfriend found a style he wanted to try on. Once we pick up the jacket we were swiftly hurdled questions, pressuring us to select a different style before he even tried the item on. After a few seconds he stood directly beside us continue to ask questions we made no attempt in asking for. When attempting to put it on the hanger it was taken from our hands by the same sales associate. Very rude, not attentive to the customers needs or body language. Poor service by suggesting we were not dressed correctly. As seen below MANY other YOUNG people enter this store and are treated poorly. As others suggested, we will be going to Moore's and hope for a more fair judgement from their sales team. I did not get the older shorter salesmans name as we could barely stand to be with the store another moment. A more open minded sales team is greatly needed.

Came in and looked around, sat down and waited to be helped, was there for 20 min without any service so I walked out. after looking at other reviews it seems us young men who walk in not wearing a suit don't get any service. if you're not ancient then go to moores

I never leave reviews but had to for this. Very poor service. Standing in the store for 5 mins, no other customers, had to ask for help. We were looking to get outfitted for shirts, vests pants for wedding party. Never asked us any questions about anything and told us everything was online or to go check out H&M instead for linens. Barely even looked at us. Maybe because we looked younger and we’re dressed casually? But that’s fine by me if you don’t want our business of outfitting a wedding party of 8. We have already been talking to John, from Moores, and he’s already been so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Moores instead! Wasn’t guy in photo, was taller guy with moustache.

We just came in today for some dress shirts. The older gentlemen was a bit rude when helping find shirts, maybe because we’re younger and he didn’t consider us as being serious despite how much we bought in the end. Also, he was not helpful when we had a CF gift card and we ended up not being able to use our gift card. Every other store allowed us to use our gift card but for some reason we couldn’t at tip top. Very disappointed in the customer service.
