Posting this here and also at the Edmundston Truck Stop link..-----All it takes is one bad customer service experience and the rating can drop a lot...I parked overnight in the truck lot behind Tim Horton's, which I usually do here. The next morning, I assume it was the Shell Truck Stop manager, came over and told me to leave - that RVs aren't allowed in the truck parking lot behind the Tim Horton's. She said I don't buy the $1000 worth of gas the big trucks do and have to park in the gravel pit across the road - which has no WiFi, etc.Well, here's the thing. I drive a very large pickup truck, crew cab, duallys, etc. You can hardly get a bigger, non heavy duty truck.I am usually towing something between Ontario and Nova Scotia. No one has ever said what I drive isn't a truck and it's an RV. Note, I wasn't even towing an RV trailer which I sometimes do moving it.Additionally, the signs when you approach these gas stations specifically say 'Cars' go one way towards the front gas station and 'Trucks' in the back lot. I always buy gas here and always buy at the Truck Stop store or Tim Horton's. I never go across the street to Burger King, etc. like some of the heavy duty truckers do. With their larger gas tanks many of the bigger trucks don't even buy gas here every time. Not happy. I'm going to have to find another 'Truck' stop near here and not buy Shell gas.So I guess the policy to stop in the Shell 'Truck' lot is to be a heavy duty truck AND spend $1000 of gas. Pretty sure the lot will be empty. If I find the manager's name, and I will, I will add her name to the post...Bad customer service Shell! If those responsible for this outfit ever read this I would like them to publish here what their actual policy is for parking in the 'Truck' lot; including what sort of vehicles are allowed and when. I'm pretty sure that if this situation I've described is policy then you are going to have a lot of unhappy pickup and RV owners who spend real money here. If this is policy there should be signage also.Oh, and did I mention that the restrooms usually have pee all over the floor...(added photos of the folks responsible and a picture of the type of TRUCK I drive)====================Previous review...One of the primary stops for anyone travelling through New Brunswick on the Trans Canada highway it seems. Very busy place during those summer weekends, etc.Basically about 1/2 way between the South Shore of Nova Scotia and Toronto so a convenient place to stop. Just outside Edmundston proper so quite a lot around.Warning, the Tim Horton's can get very busy and slow, patience is a virtue. Had to take a star off for that. Also, the restrooms are not super clean at least on the men's side but that's men for you and perhaps lack of cleaning staff.Places to overnight if you have an RV, like the Casino next door.

Large truck stop with lots of amenities. There are showers and a lounge for truckers, and washer / dryers that were visible. The establishment is connected to a restaurant and a Tim Hortons if you're looking for more than what the Shell has to offer.Large moose statue outside the premise, if you're looking for one of those.Decent and clean washrooms- but poorly working hand wash station. One of those motion sensors that don't catch much.

I love this brand. I find them super cheap and yet have such cool stuff. You can buy just about anything from here. There will be no compromise on the quality of the goods sold. This is their own guarantee for the clients.
