Wish I could give them zero star. Customer service is very very unsatisfying. They won’t help you out for return and exchange, so buy it before you are 100% sure, their return policy is different from the whole world. The manager(old little lady??) is so rude, that Karen is carrying double attitude as of her height. Not recommended

Don't shop here unless you are 100% sure it will fit the person you are shopping for... as awesome as it is on the receipt to say no returns... should be clearly stared before purchasing!!!

can’t believe the lack of clothing at aeropostale... years ago they had the PLL and Bethany Mota line and the coolest stuff. now it’s 20 of the same cotton tees with different colours and graphics on it, hoodies, and jeans. there was ONE cute knit fall sweater like they used to have and only in 2 colours. idk if this location was just sent a bad shipment but there was nothing cool at all, items comparable to walmart basics honestly. the store looks kinda like a warehouse or pop up. cement floor and not much character at all. employees were good but aero sucks now compared to the location before at this mall years ago.
