“I first stopped here to have a trailer hitch installed. Then found out they also do wiring harnesses as well. Ordered the kit and when it came in they installed as well.

It is a very normal process, true. But the ease and absolute professionalism I experienced was above and beyond.
Every detail was so smooth. Car goes in “on time” and is parked outside completed in expected time.
Prices seem very good, quality product and excellent service.

The sales rep was very helpful, went into the aisles to find product and explain product information. I felt very comfortable making my purchase.”

“A year after CarStar painted the front of my car, the paint began to chip. I reached out, and they honored their warranty without hesitation. Not only did they agree to fix it — they rent for us a luxury vehicle while the repair was being done.
Honestly, with service like that, I almost hoped the repaint would take a few extra days???… just to enjoy that luxury ride a bit longer!
This kind of customer care is rare these days. It will give you real peace of mind knowing they stand behind their work and treat their customers with respect.
