“Wow!!! Just WOW!! Don't judge a book by its cover. After reading some of the negative reviews on here I was sceptical, but boy!!! Was I pleasantly surprised. First off, the ladies at the counter were VERRRY!!! nice and sweet. I had my four yr old with me and they were so nice to her. Also there was a mix up with my booking (understandable because I only did the booking online at 9pm the previous night) and the smaller sedan I booked wasn't available. They upgraded me to a very nice Rav 4 at the same rate not charging me extra. Thrifty's is a hidden gem of Fredericton. They will come through for you no matter what. Shout out to the ladies of Thrifty's!!! You guys are the best team!!!”
