“I have been exclusively obtaining a rental car from ENTERPRISE & am always happy with their customer service & the vehicle I rent. However my father passed away in January & during that time I rented a car in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Again the customer service was excellent & my car satisfactory. However, I think is absurd that you have to pay so much extra for winter tires in the winter in New Brunswick! With the snow storms & poor road conditions experienced during the winter months it should automatically be a given that winter tires be on the rental vehicles for safety reasons. Not having them to me is extremely negligent of the company! | think car rental companies have an obligation to do better!”

“We needed a truck to haul our camper when our vehicle broke down. Most other rental companies won't allow you tow with the 1/2 ton trucks they rent. The staff at Trius were polite and were very easy to do business with.”
