Simply a wonderful shopping experience! Kari-Ann and Her Staff go above and beyond to make one's shopping experience at 'Carrington & Co.' unique! Very kind, accomodating, full of suggestions! It is easy to shop in this unique boutique! Beautiful things, merchandised like a NYC high end dept. store! Something for everyone for sure! Great price points as well. I stayed at the hotel for two days towards the end of my trip to the East coast. When leaving the hotel I figured I would visit the shop on my way out and to buy a souvenir. I found a charm for 15 dollars, which I thought was a great price. The lady attending me said if you buy one you get the second for free and pointed to the sign. I then figured I could buy another another one. I told the lady that I would continue to look through the shop and to put them aside for me. When I was done I asked for the charms back, It was clear that she had manually changed the price from $15 to $25. My kid was waiting out side so I decided not to make a big deal about it and I walked away from the purchase, disappointed by the dishonest behaviour of the attendant. I could not believe that the clerk had stooped so low, to raise the price and assume that I would not notice. She was lucky that I did not want to get upset and create any type of scene. I left the hotel very disappointed after having such an unpleasant visit in their giftshop.
