Best customer service ever! I went in looking for a basic silver chain. Was in and out within 5 minutes with exactly what I wanted, and for a good price! Brian was awesome and very informative! Best jewelry store experience I've ever had!

They replaced a battery in my watch and completely gouged it. Scratches covering the back, ruining an engraving.

My husband purchased both a custom wedding set and later a dinner ring. I went in for my usual cleaning, usually they are very friendly and pleasant but this time the clerk was more worried about whether or not the phone was for her. She cleaned my rings with a paper towel, they don’t seem clean at all.
