    Service would improve greatly by replacing the frosty and unhelpful staff with machines. Just go to the Southside location if you need humans.

    I came in for business banking to a line 3 deep and all tellers closed. They were friendly, but understaffed. People with offices were laughing and socializing.

    Montana was excellent!

    This was my second CIBC branch today. It was like a whole different company than South side. I felt like I was an unreasonable bother for trying to complete some basic banking that couldn’t be completed at the other branch. Not sure if the difference is management or tenure. Either way, internet banking is a better option.
