i just have to rate this place 5 stars, thanks to employees Alex and Joe from the night shift. they always go above and beyond, keep the place cheery and efficient, and get me through the checkout super quickly with a smile. it makes running errands something i look forward to. i hope you guys treasure these employees and give them a raise because they're what keep me and others coming back!!

Absolutely appalling interaction with the staff there. Being scolded for trying to use the door as directed by the signs is an deeply frustrating. The language and tone was wildly inappropriate by staff, and totally disproportionate to the event.Further, the idea that a convenience store needs to be mag-locked during lunch hour in *Fredericton* is just bizarre. Why are you putting up barriers to people who want to give you money? If this is a requirement, then at least make the system easy for users to navigate.

I went through the car wash yesterday, February 21st. I paid for the most expensive wash. The door opened. I didn’t get the initial spray then when it indicated to stop I did and got a little bit of water. No foam or anything. Then it indicated for me to go forward and there was no wax. And at the end the dryer wasn’t running. I went in to tell a manager (?) His name was Tim with a beard. He was rude and said that I was the first to complain. Maybe I was. So what. He said you want to go through again? I said if it works. He gave me a code. I left but decided to come back the next day. So I did this morning and surprise surprise the car wash is shut down. Quite the place.

I went through the car wash and it didn't wash properly. After it was done I walked into the store and told them nicely and the manager was very rude and said "oh well you didn't have your vehicle between the yellow lines we just watched you on the camera" and then I said "oh, I thought I was centered." She then replied being rude again saying I'm telling you we just watched you on the cameras we can give you your money back or give you another wash. So I said I'd like to have another wash. So then the other employee that was there started to give me another wash and I just asked him the correct placement in the car wash because I was confused and was trying to understand and she yelled from the other side to just give me my money back instead of another wash instead of helping me to understand where my tires needed to be for it to wash correctly. After she raised her voice I raised mine a little because I don't think it's fair to let someone raise theirs at me. I have high functioning anxiety and I got really confused as to where my vehicle needed to be and was just trying to understand. I asked to speak to her boss and was refused. The employee then refunded me 13.80 for my 13.99 car wash and I was asked to leave "her" store. So I left having an absolute horrible anxiety and panic attack for something that I genuinely didn't understand and was trying to.

Just came in to grab a few drinks, as I was paying the gentlemen at the cash was to concerned with using his phone and not with letting me get my stuff through.
