“Me and my grandmother went shopping at the north side location today and had a wonderful experience. They have a beautiful selection of clothing and a great atmosphere. The best part was the staff though. Billy was not only lovely but picked out a few outfits for me to try on. Even though I didn’t plan on getting anything for myself he found me a vest that I really liked and ended up purchasing. Thanks Billy!”
“Had a great experience at Aerie when I went looking for an all white outfit for my daughter’s dance pictures! White isn’t exactly in season and most white items are see-thru. I will say Maggie the girl who helped me went above and beyond not just the first time I went in to get items, but the second time to switch the outfits out and get my daughter to try things on, etc.
She went in the back to fetch more sizes and actually find items that were no longer in season (summer), and brought her own experience and expertise with dance pictures and helped my daughter (who has a changing body) feel comfortable in her skin in the change room and was like a mini cheerleader. I think we can all agree this is really helpful in a mostly female store.
As a hiring manager and operator myself, this is someone who is an asset to the company! Thanks for your help Maggie :)”
