Took me 3 days to get ahold of them to return my phone, by that time the return period ended and couldn't return anymore.The company's mission statement is to have the worst customer service there has ever been

No objection to the company, but the retail location won't sell phones outright. This seems wrong to say one cannot buy a product at retail price, but must rather sign on for a contract (which will affect one's credit rating as they run a hard pull on your profile.)

Terrible customer service. I had a past due amount which I called to discuss with agent 1. They said to have the bank send an investigation and the payment would be credited to the account. I called one month later when the statement arrived and said I still had a past due amount. Agent 2 spoke to Supervisor 1 who said to have the bank confirm the investigation. I call the bank , Fido has confirmed receipt of payment. Call Fido they tell me all is well and for the inconvenience they will credit the account one extra go of data for 2 years. Then today I receive 2 messages stating that the past due amount is still not paid and if I don't make it they will turn off the account. I call to speak to agent 3 who puts me on a 50 minute hold while the supervisor reviews the account. Supervisor 2 comes one the phone and says "you couldn't possibly understand our billing system. I'll stay on the line with you until you understand you owe us $80.00" she them flat out was the rudest person. Continued telling me that I had to pay so fine, I cave and I pay and give her a reference number. I ask her what the buyout on the account is she say $100. I have $43 of useless Fido dollars since my account doesn't renew for another year and they expire in june. All I wanted was to have them applied to the payout balance and she flat out refused. Told me no way is that possible. Refused to transfer me to another manager or client account management. Then when I pressed she disconnected the call. Don't waste your time. I was a loyal customer who always pays on time and the one time I needed help they flat out did not give the right information and would not help me,
