had a disappointing experience with Fredericton Towing. When I requested an estimate, I provided the exact mileage, but once my car was on the truck, the driver mentioned an extra weekend fee with double mileage ā a price significantly higher than the original estimate. Their estimates are misleading, lacking transparency, and seem designed to tack on additional fees, like a weekend mileage rate and even a charge if you ride with the driver.
When I called the office to clarify, the representative was rude, repeatedly insisting that it was ājust an estimateā and could change, despite my request for an accurate quote with all parameters set upfront. To make matters worse, when unloading my car, the driver didnāt use the 2x6 wood planks to protect my bumper, even after my friend, who was following us, advised him to do so. This neglect left scratches underneath my bumper.
Overall, this experience left me feeling deceived and frustrated with their customer service and handling of my vehicle. I wouldnāt recommend Fredericton Towing if youāre looking for transparency and care with your car.

Fair price for great service.
Needed to get one of my vehicles to a nearby shop. Communication with Fredericton Towing was seamless via phone, driver was friendly and respectful of the vehicle.

These guys are absolutely criminals. Charging almost double what Capital towing is. Double what Kitchens is charging. Driver was over an hour late and was a complete jerk when here. I would recommend checking around before I wasted my time here

I would definitely recommend over other towing companies in town. The receptionist was very personable. They came within the time frame I was told. The driver was pleasant to talk to and much better mannered than past tow companies I have called in the past. The driver sent me a text with a picture of my vehicle sitting at its location, putting my mind at ease. The cost was comparable to other companies.

My wifeās car had a flat tire last year at the Regent Mall parking lot. Thanks to Ford, her car is not equipped with a spare tire, so it had to be towed. The tow truck person was very responsive to our call, his price was reasonable (about $100 to tow from Regent Mall to Northside Canadian Tire). I endorse his business.

Noa was awesome! No other tow company would help me get my car to the shop when it shut down on me and he came right out to help. He was so nice and got the job done super fast! Thank you so much for your help, you made my stressful day easier!
