Went into the store tonight first time ever stepping foot in this store. Worse experience had to look everywhere just to find a staff member and the two staff members I did find was unhelpful if not rude. One had no idea what anything was in English when asking about babys first Christmas ball or stocking. Took us to the snowglobes and held one up to us as if she thought that's what we wanted. The second employee at the cash literaly said "mhmm if we have anything it be in the infant section". And just waved his hand toward a vague area in the back of the store. Didn't even attempt to give directions. Was pretty fed up at this point and just left. I understand it's the second day of December but if this is how customers are treated I would rather just shop online. If I.pukd give 0 stars I would
