My favourite gas station of gas stations. Love the middle-aged fellow that works there regularly who is very helpful and kind and is always open to give advice. I don't know his name but his multiple favours have sold me on where to go with regards to gas stations. I used to work across the street and saw him on a regular basis. This is true customer service.

Great clean gas you can count on for the quality. Clean ⛽ station, but not the friendliest staff working inside. At least smile when serving the customer, and don't exhale loudly when asked for the receipt.

There is one lady who works at this location who is so rude every time. I asked for a bag and she threw it at me. As I’m putting my stuff into my bag, she started talking about how she has to count everything again and that I was inconveniencing her.. I was there at 7 and the gas station closes at 9..

I was pretty much verbally assaulted here on Sunday, February 13,2022. I stopped and got gas and went into store because I had to use the washroom urgently. I didn't wear a mask and I was screamed at and was told I couldn't pay for my gas or use the washroom and to get someone with a mask to pay for me. I was alone. I was never offered a mask but I produced my vaccine paper which she did not care to look at only an exemption, instead her personal phone was taken out and she told me she was videoing me and posting it on Facebook. She screamed and screamed at me that she has a baby and parents and I was going to kill them. She didn't want to let me pay for gas but did after totally humiliating me in front of other customers. Not an older woman probably in her 30's. I will never come here again even when the mask mandates are over. I have never felt so small...May 31,2022 update. Irving was contacted several times and did not respond. I can't believe they can let their customers be treated like this and offer no response...

I just read reviews and have this to say. The older lady who works here is autistic so please try to hold off on too hateful remarks. Yes, she is hard to deal with but if you try, she can be quite nice. You just have to know how to talk to people. Autistic people deserve to work too so just look at her as someone who is trying.

I have had consistent terrible service here. Staff are never polite. I would rather drive 10 minutes off my route than stop there.
