About Kings Place Mall
Kings Place Mall is a small downtown Fredericton mall. It is a go-to spot and a perfect escape on a hot day or a quick stop while exploring the city. The mall is always spotless and smells fresh. It is packed with stores like Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, a clothing store, a travel agent, and a yoga studio. There is a food court with mom and pop restaurants. However, it is struggling and many note it is not as vibrant as in the past, with several stores having closed or relocated. People wish it had more businesses, a more spacious food court, and more social spaces like coffee shops. Many hope more businesses will open to make it a vibrant downtown place again.

Nice spot parking garage behind off Brunswick street. Limited business need to give more free parking options and could use more business options.

Kings Place has been the hub for as long as I can remember, well back to the 90's. A lot of change and very few businesses left, but I really appreciate the food court and my bank and pharmacy being there. Great place to get out of the cold to catch your bus:)
