Used this service to get some relatives from Fredericton to St.John. price was amazing. Bus was clean. Station is clean and staff are friendly. Website to book tickets very easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Customer service is great but offering courier services and not opening until 10 am makes it awfully hard to conduct business. Especially when you travel for work. Perhaps outside lockboxes with codes would be a good solution as many other companies are doing this.

Really expensive but the only way to go from Fredricton to base (more like oromocto and then a 40 minute walk) so very glad it exists. It’s too expensive at $19 with my military discount for a one way but again it’s really your only option if you don’t have a car. At least the staff were nice.
