“I haven’t been in here for about a year and previously whenever I had to go in, the service was less than stellar to say the least (long waits even when they weren’t busy, giving the wrong answers which lead to multiple return visits, etc). This time however, whoever was helping in the printing and shipping area was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond to help. Then whoever was on the floor was also very helpful and pointed me towards some great deals on items similar to what I was looking at that I likely wouldn’t have seen otherwise, so it was a great experience.”
