My son's car had a flat tire, ok tire went out of their way and came to where the flat tire was, put air in it. Took the car car back to the shop, within a hour. Thanks Mark and Angie.

Not OK Tire. Not even close. I ordered tires through Kirk, in person at the shop, for tires, rims and sensors. When they arrived I dropped my vehicle off for installation. While there, I asked if they could remove error codes that were caused by the battery terminal being removed for an extended period. They said no problem. I got a call later that day stating that the rims they ordered did not fit the vehicle and that they could not get the rims I wanted. I asked what they had in stock that would fit my existing rims, I said ok put them on; they cost as much as the rims, tires and sensors I’d ordered, but I needed the vehicle. When completed I went to pick it up. This is when Mark informed me that they could not remove the error codes and that I would have to go to a dealership for that. Not only that but that I would have to pay for the use of the “machine” they had to use to determine that they couldn’t clear the errors. At no time was there any apology for their mistake with the tires or an attempt to appease my concern for paying for a service I did not get, with regard to the error codes . In fact Mark stated that he didn’t care if I brought anymore vehicles to them. At no time was I aggressive, argumentative or stand off ish, yet I got a ‘tough luck’ attitude. Mark gets a score of zero for the unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service; and of course I won’t go back but that doesn’t seem like a big concern there. Not ok Tire, not even close.

I was driving on the highway when something metal fell off the truck in front of me. I tried to swerve so that whatever it was went under the middle of my car and not drive directly over it. Long story short, it hit one of my tires. I was able to drive my car to OK Tire. The tire was not salvageable. I have been having a hard time with life lately. I was happy that my daughter and I were safe but this was not an expense I could afford without pulling money from somewhere else. I was on the phone with my mom asking to borrow money for groceries when I was informed that the employees at the store got together and paid for my tire. I cannot describe to you in words how big of a deal this was. Total strangers got together to make sure my daughter and I got home safely. They are angels and I will be forever grateful for their kindness.

Very Polite Members of the Team at OKTire. Was my first time using their business for undercoating. Service was friendly, and the time it took to complete the service was under an hour. Good experience, great price.
