“I’ve been going to global for quite a few years now and have to say as a business owner and operator, the staff are excellent. Shoutout in particular to Katie who is a shining light at Global, is always helpful, can tell she loves being at work, is passionate, and over the top willing to help in a world of retail where employees just show up and do the bare minimum (this is never the case at Global). This is exactly what I look for in employees when I’m hiring, and what I see in her EVERY visit I’m there. She’s troubleshot may obstacles I’ve had with my dogs and cats over the years and we are loyal customers to prospect street despite being north siders because of her. Can’t say enough great things about the service at this store.

“We buy a pallet every year for our 4 dogs, all of them thrive on it, coats are beautiful they all wait every morning for it. We have goldens, newfie, jack russel, super mutt, and pointers all on it. Prices are fair, customer service is always great and it's made in canada.”

“My cat is such a picky eater and changes her mind constantly. I usually end up donating food they don't eat. I had to buy my third bag this month and when I talked to the manager Abigail she was super nice.
You can return food if your bet doesn't like it and the return policy is verity forgiving. I was grumpy when I went in but she honestly made me have a better day
*they also donate any food brought in to the spca and others which is AWESOME*
