“Four stars because the pricing on even pharmacy items is abysmal and that's supposed to be this store's core purpose. BUT. The staff here is lovely. And their perfume counter, while not as robust as the one across town, is worth visiting just to have Drake recommend something new and exciting! Not only that but their discount cabinet often has discontinued treasures all for less than $30.”

“Moved here.from Oromocto Sobeys, very smooth transition. Staff very friendly and more then helpful. Small seating area but I'm in a wheelchair so not a problem for me. Always have Medication ready and on time when they say for pickup. Very helpful with new Meds and any update information needed, never feel rushed. It can be busy at times but they always do their best to give friendly fast service. 5 Stars in my books. Thank you for your service in a very hard and thankless business”

“This has been my family pharmacy for years now. One thing I appreciate the MOST about the pharmacy team, and specifically the pharmacists, is that they give real, science and evidence based advice. As someone who takes multiple medications, this is a huge safety net for me, because I can call and ask in advance before trying any supplements to 1. See if they are evidence based and 2. See if they will react with meds I already take. They have even caught prescriptions that would interact with others I take, and worked with my doctor to get a safer combination. 5 Stars all the way!”

“I have been a Shoppers Drug Mart customer for years, even when the store was in the Fredericton Mall. I've had good service at the Prospect St. Pharmacy, even if there is a lineup. I've never waited more than 5 or10 minutes at noon or at other busy times of the day. Do you honestly think that the phone can be answered every time it rings? No, of course not. Staff are serving other customers, or processing purchases. You can't leave someone you're waiting on to get the phone. Pharmacists are filling or checking prescriptions. If my prescription is an urgent issue I try to call as soon as the store opens. If it's not urgent I use the automatic prescription renewal and pick up as advised. We all have our problems with service, but I'm sure you wouldn't have an issue with service or wait time at grocery stores, fast food, or others on Prospect St, if you thought about it. Hope your expectations are all met at your new pharmacies.”
