The service is nice, but I tried getting my account switched back to a student account and after spending about an hour there, they tried to sell me a credit card I already said I couldn’t afford. To this day, my account is still not switched over to a student account, even after showing evidence that I am a student.

Whoever the manger here is an idiot. 99.99 percent of the time there is only two tellers on at any given time. They hired one guy who let them on the teller who was hardly trained. Go the one on Prospect Street they have more than 2 tellers and know what they're doing!

Please bring back your Saturday hours so people that work Mon - Fri 8am-5pm can actually uhh bank?? staying open until 6:00pm 1 day a week isn’t working. Covid is over guys let’s get wit it and stop with the excuses.

Lois Ross made me feel like I wasn't good enough to waste her time. Unless you're super rich and buying an expensive house for 500k or more she probably doesn't feel like she needs to do anything to help you. Pick someone else.She contacted me very rarely, i always had to reach out to her first (often more than once) to get a reply. When I was pre-approved for a mortgage she didn't ever send me a letter of approval, so I had no idea what my rates were or even how much I was approved for.Fast forward a little bit to this past November, we're trying to get pre-approved again. I had to get a "confirmation of payment" letter faxed to Lois to clear up some old debts that are since paid off, we didn't get pre approved that time, so we said "alright, we're going to work on things and get in touch on a few months when we're ready."Tried to reach out to her again, nothing.So we changed advisor's. Then i find out that she never logged the confirmation letter and never put it in our application file (probably a big part of why we didn't get approved in November).What's worse than that is that when I asked her about the letter, she told me that she shredded it and all the other paperwork from files she not working on.We've only been working with our new advisor for 2 weeks. I never told Lois that we were going to cancel anything, or that we didn't want to work with her anymore. The creditor that sent the letter was not impressed that I had to ask for another and (after some convincing) said that they will only send one more copy of the letter.All I ask for is to be treated with an equal amount of respect as you do any of your clients. Basic human decency...Not being made to feel like I'm too poor for you to waste your time with.
