The female bank employee was rude; she didn't respond when I greeted her or when I said thank you.

I had an appointment with a financial advisor. He was polite and courteous even when I didn't bring the all info.

I had an amazing experience this week at RBC while opening my first account there. I received excellent customer service from both Ashton and Ahmad and felt really taken care of and respected. I am so glad I have RBC now as my bank :) thank you so much!
