“Visited the store today to get my jacket embroidered with my name etc. and after many failed attempts of trying to find someone in the Fredericton area to do this for me, I was recommended to visit instant imprints and I’m sooo glad I made the half hour journey there from home, as I was greeted upon entry with a welcoming smile, and such helpful, kind, caring and friendly staff. The lady who greeted me said she was in training but she was sooo enthusiastic about making sure I got what I wanted, and even consulted help from another employee to review what we had designed and he helped further with placement of the embroidery and placement of a logo. I am so excited to see my jacket when it’s ready, and was pleasantly surprised with the time frame they gave me considering it was not a small embroidery. Will definitely be returning with any embroidery needs in the future, and I will be spreading the word to my friends and family about my amazing experience ?”
