“I was in need of embroidery on same backpacks for our basketball team. I was up against the calendar to get these bags ordered from a store, have them shipped to me and get them to Instant Imprints to have them embroidered as I was told it was going to be a 7-10 day turnaround. The shipping company screwed up the delivery on my order and I got the bags three days before I needed to have everything done. I had essentially given up on having the project completed on time but figured I would proceed anyways. They got the embroidery done in just over twenty four hours and I was able to get our team their bags a day ahead of my own personal deadline.
Would recommend Instant Imprints any day! Great staff, friendly, polite, and efficient!
