Joining spinco Fredericton is one of the best things I've done for my mental and physical health. The instructors and staff are phenomenal. The atmosphere is so inviting. I could not have asked for a more positive experience. I am so happy I took the leap and joined!

Great atmosphere! It feels like one colossal dance party...except you're riding a bike! It's very welcoming, and you feel accepted no matter your level; I have learned to love and accept my body since starting at SpinCo almost two years ago! ♥️
