Normally not one to post reviews, but I just wanted to give other clients, specifically brides, a heads up. I booked splurge back in August for hair and makeup for my sisters wedding. My sister called oct/November to book a hair trial before the big day, she was told Jody will get back to her to book. A week later still haven’t heard back so she called again, was told Jody will call her back. Several weeks passed and she never received a call. We decided to book with someone else in fear we wouldn’t get a reply back or if this would happen on the wedding day. I tried calling several different times as well asking for Jodi, and never received a call back. Brides shouldn’t have to stress about getting in touch with a hairstylist. Very upset about how things turned out.

One stylist took her mask OFF to cough/sneeze into the open doorway of their storage room...I wanted to leave so badly, but was midway through a (mediocre) haircut.
