What in today to see about getting a fog light for my passenger side. Staff was more than happy to tell me to get the connections checked first. They could have but they didn't. You can't beat a summit deal

Had a piece of trim flap on my new ram causing my windshield to crack. They sent "head mechanic" out to inspect it. He told me that he would replace windshield and trim pieces.
I never got a call back to bring it in. I had to call them 3 weeks later to find out they denied it. Very unprofessional. Took truck elsewhere and paid out of pocket

I've never felt so awkward walking into a service department. I walk in and stood there infront of the female advisor, she ignored me, she wasn't on the phone either. Not a hello, I'll be right there, nothing!!! The male advisor finally said hi, how can I help you. Went over and spoke with him, talked about what had to be done with my truck, which him and the female advisor on previous occasions said it was covered by warranty. I just wanted to dbl check it was covered by warranty, and he said I don't know, it was a long time ago, I said I know, things came up and I wasn't able to get it in. He asked the female advisor, she said no it's not covered anymore, you should have had it fixed! She was so rude! The worst customer service I've ever had!!! I said thank you, took my keys and left! I was planning on looking for anew vehicle while mine was getting fixed, but definitely not after that customer service!

Filled out online service request, no response. Called on 3rd July 2024 to make appointment to be told by answering service I will get a call to set appointment... nothing! Why have these services if nobody responds. Wasting people time is a hard way to run a business. I do not recommend this unprofessional company. I can only imagine the quality of maintenace if they cant even get an appointment organized. Time to start showing a little integrity and credibility to the people paying your Bills. wake up!

Like others, they will happily take your money selling you a vehicle but once it comes to any service or warranty, they want nothing to do with you. Take your business elsewhere.
Trying to book a simple oil change seemed impossible. Nobody returned my calls. So I had to go elsewhere which happened to be a blessing I’m sure.
And then comes the inspection. Well that was a mistake going there! My jeep was only 3 years old and needed $2500 of work. The lady that called to tell me was anything but helpful or polite. I’m super glad the salesmen sold me on the extra warranty for tires just to have to spend $1500 to replace them for inspection 3 years later.
I should have gone elsewhere but frankly I had just had a baby and didn’t have the time or energy to book another inspection elsewhere. I asked them how long this would take and they said about 2 hours. Long behold the day of the appointment, it took almost 5! 5 hours to put on some new tires and replace break pads. I showed up there to wait and was informed a guy in training was “struggling to get the tires on”. Wow that’s super reassuring. Where is the person “training” him. I continued to wait and wait and wait. And then the business closed and people started to leave. But not before coming to ask the service desk employee “why are you still here?” 0/10 experience.
And now for the cherry on top that led me to leave this review. I called regarding my Jeep doors (4 years old at this point) has the paint bubbling on all 4 doors! Completely unacceptable for a vehicle of that price but a known issue covered under warranty (5 years or 150,000 KM). The service woman I talked to was also extremely unhelpful stating “well it’s not as simple as you think or guaranteed it would be done, we need to photograph it and do a claim first”
So I asked well okay how do we do that and she replied “just stop by sometime”. Yeah right! I’d rather jump off a cliff than just “stop by” while I wait for your service department to take a look.
So I called the other jeep dealership in the area and wow, their reviews are accurate. They were fantastic. The lady BOOKED me an appointment, and didn’t ask any questions other than where the problem areas are and my car info.
Take that review to management and seriously hire new staff or make some changes. You cannot treat your customers that way and I sure as hell hope people reconsider before spending $50,000 on a vehicle just to be left high and dry after the sale.

Service department is atrocious! They are only happy to take your money for services. When it comes to "diagnosing" and repairing of your vehicle under warranty, you are at the back of the bus! Clueless and incompetence is an understatement! Only sales is keeping your rating above water.

They do a wonderful job selling you a vehicle… but once they get your money trying to service your vehicle in a timely fashion is a nightmare. I’ve had multiple issues trying to get simple service on my vehicle there the last few years. This is not just a one time situation.
Completely disorganized and disrespectful of your time.
Go buy somewhere else and save yourself future headaches.

Boris is the man. Offered to lend me his own vehicle while inbetween signing for my Trailhawk.When I out grew the Trailhawk he made sure I got a new to me trail ready Wrangler. Any ware and tare or complaints, he made sure service resolved them. I've been able to run the Jeep nuts down the trails, even in the deep snow.The adventures he fostered by finding the right jeep within my budget have built memories for my family and friends.Thank you Boris

I purchased a brand new Ram 1500 truck in January 2023 and added the additional Mastershield Rust,Undercoat and Paint Protection as well for piece of mind (FCA's own product).Approximately 8 months later, I noticed a small rust spot on the top side of my back bumper. I figured it was a no-brainer, and FCA would cover it (as I purchased the additional protection), but my claim was rejected without anyone ever even looking at the spot or even looking into it at all. The total cost would have been a measly $250 for them to fix it, but instead, they chose to screw me over.This is the third brand new FCA product (incl 2 brand new Rams) I've purchased, and all have had RUST issues and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I asked Summit to put the claim in November 2023 and they didn't get around to it or return my calls or bother till January 2024, and were less than willing to help me find any sort of resolution (Mastershield is supposed to be a "nationwide" product).Conclusion:FCA does not care about their customers at all, and I will never buy another FCA product.Their warranties aren't worth the paper they're written on. The vehicles all rust out.The service department at Summit is awful. Good luck getting any sort of customer service here.Hope this saves someone from buying an FCA rust bucket and the useless "warranties" they try to sell with them!
