“I can’t even praise them enough.
I brought my wrangler in so they could fix what was remaining for repairs along with another shops mistakes they repaired. They were honest, upfront and updated me every time they found something new that needed a repair. There was some hiccups waiting for parts but Alix did her best to get them as quick as possible. The fixes were extensive, but she had it back to me after about 10 days to finish the repairs myself for the last items before an inspection. The team also listened when I told them I had diagnosed a problem myself, while they were apprehensive at first because they weren’t doing the diagnostic I assured them I would take responsibility if my diagnosis was wrong, they did exactly the repair I needed, it fixed my years long ABS light that had caused the vehicle to disable safety features. I haven’t driven my jeep in nearly two yrs and because of the Jensen’s team it’s no longer a lawn decoration. Genuinely cannot thank them enough for listening, accepting my long list of repairs and updating me daily on progress.”
