Very rude worker. Who forced us to leave because we had our 3lb dog in her purse carrier. We've been in many Walmart stores that have no issue with our dog. We realize rules are rules but he was extremely rude and told us to take our business elsewhere.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Checked out then realized they didn't give me a 2 for 4$ went to the customer service desk. She was super rude told me I was wrong and then proceeded to tell me that I can't mix the pops, I had a doctor pepper and brisk ice tea. She was completely rude, told me to go get a picture of the sign then rolled her eyes. Took a picture of the sign and brought it back to her. She completely ignored me and continued taking the 3 other customers, didn't respond to when I tried talking her. Had to go to the self checkout to get another person to bring me a manager. Manager then tells her she's wrong and she becomes snarky and snappy. So the worst customer service I've ever had, so thank you Buki for making me wait 30+mins for you to argue with me.

Rude, not knowledgable about their return process, try to call customer customer service for 2days no one would answer let it ring for 1 hours, no answer, had to go to the store at Two Nations Crossing. Excellent service very kind staff and very knowledgeable. I will never go to Walmart on Regent st again.

I used to get photos and photo books printed here all the time however I will not be continuing to print here. I received an email saying my photos were ready for pick up. When I arrived they were nowhere to be found. They took my name and said they would call me if they found them. Never happened. So I got a refund and ordered again. I got another email saying they were ready for pick up so instead of wasting my time I called to see if they were actually ready. They have an option to press 4 for photo lab but it just gives you a busy signal. When I spoke to customer service I was told they do not have a phone. He went to check for me and my order was not there and that value prints take 8-12 days to print. I said my order was placed over 12 days ago and the email says they are ready. I expressed this is the second time this has happened. I received no apology. I asked if they could call me when my photos are in. He said no because they don't have a phone. I asked well how am I supposed to know my photos are ready if you can't call and I have an email saying they are? I was told I had to call every day to check. Absolutely ridiculous.

Staff stinks - showering and deodorant before work seems to be lost on the staff at Walmart. A group was working in the meat isle and it was such terrible BO that I was nearly sick. I skipped that isle and the next to get away from it. They also had five self check outs open and five employees doing literally nothing while customers worked the only thing they did do is come over to harass me about getting a Walmart credit card.

If you’re looking for a great experience, I would suggest Northside Walmart the time it takes for you to get across the river is far less than the time you will be waiting for a pick up order from the southside Walmart. In addition the southside Walmart seems to be always disorganized/messy in comparison . Also, it is worth to note that majority of the time if you get an order from the Regent location, they will tell you that items are not available, but if you walk into the store as soon as you pick up the order, you’ll see the item is in fact in stock Which I don’t understand I never have this problem with the other location . I use this location as a last resort as I work uptown, but any day of the week I would not hesitate to travel across the river for better service. As a closing note, customer service is just trash. I want to purchase a microwave which none of them had a price on it in the aisle so I scanned with the app as intended to be used and got the price when going through check out the microwave was about $80 more than the listed price in which I asked, “well why does it come up as this price and no price is posted in the aisle”and the employee checked and realized there was in fact no pricing and I don’t know what you want me to do. Customer service wanted me to return the microwave to the aisle, but I refused. This is on the store for not posting the prices, and keeping the app updated in reflection to prices. Finally, I know, this is not on the store or the stores fault at all but literally everybody is so rude uptown shopping in comparison to the alternate location

Very rare I have a loonie on me to unlock a cart. I spent 40 dollars instead of the 200 plus I would have spent if I had a cart. Great business decision.
